The purpose of this study was to develop a scale of job-seeking efficacy for college students and to verify its validity. For this purpose, the questionnaire was developed through the analysis of existing job-seeking efficacy scale and individual interview data of college students. The validity and reliability of the developed test were verified. A total of 435 college students participated in this study. A confirmatory factor analysis was performed and the model fit was found to be good. Also, concurrent validity was examined by a correlation analysis with the career preparation behavior scale, self-esteem scale, self-efficacy scale, and job stress scale. The validity of convergent discriminant was confirmed. The college students' job-seeking efficacy scale developed in this study can enhance understanding of college students' job-seeking behaviors and provide high validity for further research on college students' job-seeking efficacy.
