The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational environment on educational
outcomes of trainees who have completed vocational education in vocational training institutions. For this
purpose, the influence of educational environment factors on educational performance was verified. The
questionnaire was administrated to 242 trainee in Seoul·Gyounggi, Chungchung and gyoungsang and
analyzed the correlation, reliability and regression using spss program. The results of this study are as
follows. First, The satisfaction of the trainees was found to be more positive for educational environment
factors including education facilities, education programs, training teachers, and education support. Second, the training environment had a positive effect on the self-efficacy of the trainee. Third, the higher the
satisfaction level of the beauty vocational training students, the higher the recommendation level of the
beauty education vocational training institutes. The results of this study confirm that the educational
environment factors affect the educational performance such as satisfaction, self - efficacy, and
recommendation of others. Therefore, in order to improve the educational performance of beauty vocational
training, the quality of education environment should be improved in beauty vocational training institutes.
