본 연구는 직업훈련 기관에서 미용직업교육을 이수하는 교육생을 대상으로 교육환경이 자기효능감 과 교육성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육성과를 교육생 만족, 타인추천의도 로 설정하고 교육환경요인의 영향력을 검증하였다. 본 연구 자료 수집은 서울·경기권, 충청권, 전라권 및 경상권의 미용직업교육생을 242명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, spss 프로그램을 활용하여 상관관계 및 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 교육시설, 교육프로그램, 훈련교사, 교육지원으로 구성된 교육환경요인에 대해 긍정적일수록 교육생의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육 환경요인에 대해 긍정적일수록 교육생의 자기효능감이 향상되는 것으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 미용직업훈련 교육생의 만족도가 높을수록 미용교육훈련기관에 대한 추천의도 또한 높아지 는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육환경요인이 직업훈련 교육생의 만족도 및 자기효능감 그리고 타 인추천의도와 같은 교육성과에 영향을 주는 변인임을 검증하였다. 따라서 미용직업훈련의 교육성과 향상을 위해 교육환경의 질적 수준 향상이 선행되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational environment on educational outcomes of trainees who have completed vocational education in vocational training institutions. For this purpose, the influence of educational environment factors on educational performance was verified. The questionnaire was administrated to 242 trainee in Seoul·Gyounggi, Chungchung and gyoungsang and analyzed the correlation, reliability and regression using spss program. The results of this study are as follows. First, The satisfaction of the trainees was found to be more positive for educational environment factors including education facilities, education programs, training teachers, and education support. Second, the training environment had a positive effect on the self-efficacy of the trainee. Third, the higher the satisfaction level of the beauty vocational training students, the higher the recommendation level of the beauty education vocational training institutes. The results of this study confirm that the educational environment factors affect the educational performance such as satisfaction, self - efficacy, and recommendation of others. Therefore, in order to improve the educational performance of beauty vocational training, the quality of education environment should be improved in beauty vocational training institutes.
