본 연구는 기술이전 사업화 관련 국내 연구문헌들에 대해 체계적 분석을 통한 문헌적 고찰을 실시 하였다. 기술의 연구개발은 국가경제발전의 기초가 되므로 매우 중요한데 그 가치를 실현하기 위해서 는 먼저 기술이전과 기술사업화의 과정을 통해 공정혁신을 이루거나 기술이 내재된 상품으로 시장에 서 판매되어야 한다. 어떠한 요인들이 기술이전 사업화의 성공에 영향을 미치는지 그 간 많은 연구들 이 진행되어 왔으며 여러 연구자들에 의하여 다양한 변인들이 제시되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 문헌의 내용들을 체계적으로 분석, 분류, 정리하는 내용분석(content analysis)방법을 적용하여 기술이 전 사업화의 성공에 영향을 미치는 12개의 기본성공요인을 정리하였으며, 기존연구문헌 103건의 연구 결과를 종합하여 기술확산역량, 협력파트너쉽, 연구개발역량, 기술사업화역량의 4개 요인을 가장 중요 한 핵심성공요인으로 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기술이전 사업화 성공요인들에 대한 이해증진과 정책적, 실무적 시사점 제공, 그리고 향후 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
This research conducted a literature review on technology transfer & commercialization in Korea by systematical analysis. R&D of technology is a foundation of national economic development. To realize its value, it must be integrated into products through successful technology transfer and commercialization to sell in the market. There were various variables suggested by many researchers as success factors of technology transfer and commercialization. In this review, 12 basic success factors influencing the success of technology transfer and commercialization are derived by applying contents analysis method. Based on the results of 103 previous studies, the four factors were found as the most important key success factors: technology diffusion capacity, cooperation partnership, R&D capability, and technology commercialization capacity. Through this study, it is meaningful to suggest the directions for the future research, to provide better understanding of the success factors of technology transfer and commercialization, to provide policy and practical implications.
