본 연구는 표준화환자를 활용한 부인암환자간호 시뮬레이션학습이 간호대학생의 부인암환자 간호 수행에 대한 자신감과 간호지식에 미치는 효과를 분석하고 학습 만족도를 조사하기 위하여 시행한 전후시차 설계인 유사실험연구이다. 본 연구의 자료수집은 서울시 한 개 대학에서 2015년 10월부터 2016년 4월까지 표준화환자를 활용한 부인암환자간호 시뮬레이션에 참여한 간호대학생 91명을 대상 으로 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 부인암환자 간호수행에 대한 자신감은 교육 직전에 비해 교육 후, 교육 10일 후에 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). 부인암환자 간 호지식은 교육 직전에 비해 교육 후, 교육 10일 후에 유의하게 높아졌다(p<.001). 부인암환자 간호 시 뮬레이션학습 만족도는 총점 52점 중 46.37점이었다. 이를 통하여 표준화환자를 활용한 부인암환자간 호 시뮬레이션학습은 간호대학생의 부인암환자 간호지식과 간호수행능력 향상에 도움이 되는 것을 알 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of nursing simulation learning on gynecologic cancer patients using standard patients on nursing students' confidence and nursing care knowledge for gynecologic cancer patients and investigate the satisfaction level. This study applied quasi-experimental study with pre and post-test design. Using a self-reporting questionnaire method, data were collected from 91 nursing students who participated in the simulation of nurse cancer patients using standard patients from October 2015 to April 2016 at one university in Seoul. As a result, the confidence in nursing practice for gynecologic cancer patients significantly increased after training and after 10 days of training(p< .001). Nursing care knowledge for gynecologic cancer patients increased significantly after training and 10 days after training(p< .001). The satisfaction level of nursing simulation education for gynecologic cancer patients was 46.37 out of 52 points. Therefore, the simulation learning using the standard patients was found to be helpful to improve nursing knowledge and nursing performance for gynecologic cancer patients of nursing students.
