The purpose of this research was to identify attribute factors for teachers’ happiness. For this purpose, the happiness questionnaires were administered to 42 teachers. The questionnaire included open-ended questions on why they feel either way they were happy or unhappy, and their resposes were analyzed by a theme analysis which included the 3-personal proposition, human relation, and working conditions. The attribute factors for happiness were classified based on stable-unstable dimension, intra-extra dimension, and controllable-uncontrollable dimension. It was suggested further research for systematically approaching to identify the attribute factors for subjective happiness.
