The special education with young children has been changed totally from child-intensive education to family-centered education. Generally three aspects have influenced to the changes in the special education with young children from child intensive education to family-centered education. First, the residence of the children with special needs been changed from facility-oriented to family- centered. Second, the family of the children with special needs became assistance teachers or cooperative teachers in special education with young children. Third, as the ecological importance in juvenile growth is recognised, education of children with special needs is extended from Microsystem to Mesosystem, Exosystem and Macrosystem by Bronfenbrenner. But the efficiency of the family-centered special education with young children can be decreased by many variables. Therefore, the efficiency of the family-centered education may be increased by analyzing the harmful variables in a participation of the family.
