The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships of the structural factors to hearing impaired school teachers' perception toward the contents of the practical knowledge. The 309 teachers who were working for school for the hearing impairment were participated for this study. The questionnaire with 57 questions was developed for this study. The factor analysis, t/F test and Amos were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the contents of the practical knowledge which were perceived by the teachers who were teaching at the school for the hearing impairment were constructed with eight factors; (b) the teaching experiences and the teachers' educational background were important variables to perceive the contents of the practical knowledge, however, sex, the level of the private or public, and the level of the elementary and secondary were not related with the perception to the contents of the practical knowledge; and (c) the model of the relationships in the contents of the practical knowledge were consisted with curriculum knowledge, contents knowledge of subjects, curriculum adaptation knowledge, teaching learning knowledge, and outlook on teaching, however, the outlook on students, school role to teaching learning environment, and school environment knowledge were excluded in the model of the contents of the practical knowledge. This study concluded that the factors which were structured with the contents of the practical knowledge were revealed differently in the important and role of the teaching model of the hearing impaired school teachers.
