Our objective of this study is to find out how the festival satisfactions is affected by the participation-motivation from the Kangwondo Inje Sport leisure festival\'s visitors. In order to study on the participation-motivation which are influencing the satisfaction for the Gangwon Inje sport & leisure visitors, this study has based on the visitors from the Kwangwondo Inje sport leisure festival and survey methodology was used. Using convenient sampling, 300 data were gathered and 261 were analyzed excluding 39 false data. The questionnaires for the participation-motivation for festival was amended, complemented from Beard and Pagheb\'s leisure satisfaction (1980), and Heo, Sang-Hyun, Oh, Jung-hak, Oh, Hui-Young\'s Participation incentive\'s Sport Event and content validity was verified to professional advisors. Using the SPSS 12.0 version program, reliability analysis was used to test validity of each questionnaire. Factor analysis was used to relate participation-motivation and satisfaction factor and frequency test was used in order to find the general characteristic of the participants. Multiple regression analysis were utilized to examine relationships between the factors that influence the festival. The factors influencing the incentive-participation that affects the satisfaction of festival are 1) for experience 2) for re-creation 3)for compatibility 4) for education. The factors influencing the satisfaction for the festivals are 1) Program of festival satisfaction, 2) Food satisfaction, 3) Operation and Service of the festival satisfaction, 4) facilities satisfaction. From the result by the multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting participation -motivation are for compatibility (β=.212), for experience (β=.136), re-creation (β=.014) ; festival facility satisfaction are for compatibility (β=.456), for experience(β=.247), re-creation (β=.217); festival operation and service satisfaction is for Compatibility(β=.212); food satisfaction are for education (β=.202), for compatibility (β=.159).
