The purpose of this study was to investigate how much children variables, parents vatiables, contextual variables had an eggect on parenring stress of the employed mothers. The subjects of this study were employed mothers 203 who had 0-36 month children and were using daycare facilities in Daegu. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the employed mothers\' \'typical stress due to parenting\' was higher than \'pressures pertaining to the parental role and distress\'. \'guilty to the parenting by others\'.
