The awareness of university professor about students with disabilities could be one of the significant factors for disabled students to take their course work successfully. This is because, during a lecture, professor could be a most important service provider to students with disabilities. Thus this study investigates three aspects of awareness of professor about students with disabilities in S university by questionnaire; 1) awareness of accessibility in university 2) awareness of providing specific accommodations in their lectures 3) awareness of barriers in providing services at university. In addition, in this study also examines the effects of professor\'s background variables. As a result, in general, most professor percept positively toward necessity of providing opportunities to students with disabilities, but also represent relatively low level of perception in practical accessibility: entrancing university and attending a lecture. In addition, the results of this survey imply that faculty members have at least a basic knowledge of characteristics of specific disabilities. This finding provides some valuable information, such as: a beginning point in order to increase faculty members\' knowledge of the characteristics of specific disabilities in order to strengthen the commitment that a quality education program is available and accessible to all. Finally, in this study, departmental affiliation or the academic unit that the faculty worked or was attached to had a significant effect on attitudes.
