Coaching is a one way to help to change new relationship between parents and their children in information society of 21 century. Coaching have a role in finding a direction of problem solving by forming relationship between coaching and coached people as a type of conversation technique in that it display people\'s latent power. According to this points, in this research, I intend to search for how to approach \'parents-children relationship coaching\'. The roles of parents are not only a Foster, Protector, Trainer but also a Clarifier, Connector, Challenger and Motivator. The practical aspects of ‘parents-children relationship coaching’ are considered to have various skills in some diverse phases. In this paper, I suggest ‘parents- children relationship coaching’ using a conversation model focused on children and also \'parents-children relationship coaching\' to investigate the characters of children. Parents are ‘leadership’ which are able to foster the potentiality and latent power of parents themselves concurrently with helper. This research have a signification to make desirable conversation between parents and their children and provide establishment of ‘parents-children relationship coaching’ theory and program development for parents-children and a ground material about education.
