The purpose of this paper to perception of senior volunteer in preschoolers\', parents\' and teachers\' perception of seniors related to the existence of senior volunteers in child care centers. Previous researches focused on preschoolers\', parents\' and teachers\' perception of senior and senior volunteers were adapted and supplemented to the current research. In short, majority of the preschoolers, teachers, parents had positive perception of senior volunteers. Teachers concerned that there are not many senior volunteers with good qualifications for the position. Teachers thought it is essential for senior volunteers to receive preparatory education before they start their work in child care centers and the preparatory courses should provide the volunteers full understanding of their tasks as well. Parents chose health and safety education as the most suitable education the seniors can provide to children.
