The purpose of this study is to draw implications which make the experiential career guidance programs for youth to settle down successfully in Korea. To achieve this purpose, it was analyzed that representative experiential career guidance programs for youth practiced at the government level in Korea, U. S. and Japan. The results were : (1) the goal of program should be deepen its connection between schoolwork and career, (2) the structure of contents would be changed from \'pre-learning- work based learning\' to \'pre-learning- work based learning- wrap up learning\', (3) it would be prepared the infrastructure which comply with youth\'s needs, (4) the contents should be enriched for pre-learning and wrap up learning, (5) the roles of interested persons would be divided adequately and the manual for interested persons should be developed.
