In this Work, activated carbon fibers were plared copper metal using electoless plating method and effects of surface properties and pore strutures on chromium adsorption properties were investigated. Surface properties of ACFs have been characterized using pH and acid/base valuse. BET data with N adsorption werw used to obtain the strutural parameters of ACFs.
