Multiwall carbon nanotunes werw produced using the aec-discharge evaporation technique. Composite films werw developed using MWNT dispered in polystirol polymer. In the present work, various properties of the polymeric thin film containing carbon nanotubes werw invest-igated by optical absorption, electical resistivity and the same have beem discussed.
