In the presrnt resrarch, we prepared the actived carbon(AC) sorbents to remove gas-phase mercury. The mercury adsorp tiom of virgin AC, chemocally treated AC fly ash was performed. Sulfur impregnated and sulfuric acid impregnated ACs werw used as the chemically treated ACs.
