The Pt-Ru/Carbon as an anode catalyst suppported in the commercial activated carbon having high surface ares and micropore was characterized for appiication of Direct Meth-anol fuel Cell. The Pt-Ru//anode catlyst used in this experiment showed the performance of 600 mA/cm²current density at 0.3V. The borohydride reduction process usin NaBH₄denoted as a process A, showed much higher current and power densities than process B prepared by changing the reduction and wsfhing process A.
