이 연구는 긍정적 행동지원이 중증․중복장애학생의 문제행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 문제 행동으로 본 것은 이갈기 행동과 괴성지르기 행동이다. 이 연구의 대상은 중증의 정신지체와 다른 장애를 동시에 가지며, 중증의 문제 행동으로 인해 수업시간과 또래와의 적응에 문제가 있는 3명의 중증․중복장애학생이었다. 이들에게 긍정적 행동 지원팀을 활용한 다차원적인 중재를 적용했을 때, 대상 학생의 이갈기 행동과 괴성지르기 행동이 현저하게 감소하였다.
This research aims to determine effects of positive behavior support on problematic behaviors of serious and duplicate disability-suffered students. Problematic behaviors herein are defined as teeth grinding and screeching. Research targets were three both serious and duplicate disability-suffered students who had problems in adjusting to class activity and their peers. With the application of multidimensional mediation using a positive support behavior team, target students markedly reduced teeth grinding and screeching behaviors.
