The purpose of the study is to grope a plan to apply braille points education through rhetorical embellishments happened by proposing a new prospect of education for reading/writing braille points before entering school and a basic plan to embody a program of blind children for reading and writing on the basis of the search for domestic/foreign braille points learning program for children. To settle the problem of the study, the study used literary study. As the result of the study through the literary study, education plan should be established and operated by reflecting education program for reading/writing braille points in the process of kindergarten education to improve rhetorical embellishments of blind children positively before entering school. To achieve the purpose, the study proposed contents for reading/writing braille points designed as the result of the study on domestic/foreign braille points program and the appendix to be the basic data by reorganizing them according to each unit school\'s actual conditions and infants and children\'s characteristics.
