This case study shows a successful application of music and other artistic tools to the treatment of a child with a problem of stealing who has gone through his parents’ divorce and remarriage. The client doesn’t get enough love and proper care, which are indispensable for early developmental periods, because of parents’ discordance, separation and remarriage. The therapist tries to provide a facilitating environment where the client can express his emotional distress, and counseling for the parents to understand their children better and to create a nurturing environment for them. Through short six sessions, the client began to express himself actively and assertively in his new environment and to build an intimate relationship with his step-mother.
