본 연구는 오늘날 높은 교육열과 급속한 사회변화로 인해 부모역할 수행에 어려움이 커지면서 자녀와의 관계에서 부모들은 역할 수행상의 갈등과 혼란을 호소하며, 또한 자녀 훈육에 대한 자신감을 갖고자 하는 욕구와 함께 자녀와의 관계 개선을 위한 부모교육에 대한 욕구도 높아지고 있어, 이에 도움을 줄 수 있는 부모교육 프로그램 중 의사소통과 자아기능 활성화와 인간관계 개선에 탁월한 효과성이 있는 교류분석 프로그램으로 부모들을 대상으로 하는 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램을 구성하여 부모-자녀 의사소통과 가족기능 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 김해시에 위치한 B초등학교 4, 5, 6학년에 자녀를 둔 실험군 어머니 10명과, 동질성 집단 10명을 비교집단으로 하여 주 2회 2시간 30분씩 총 8회에 걸쳐 사전-사후 프로그램의 효과를 측정하여, 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램이 부모가 자녀와의 관계에서 겪는 역할 수행상의 혼란을 해소하는데 유용하며, 상호 교류할 수 있는 의사소통 훈련을 부모에게 교육함으로써 궁극적으로는 부모가 자녀에게 긍정적인 영향을 발휘할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라 지역사회 복지관과 청소년상담실 그리고 학교사회사업 영역에서 교류분석 부모교육 프로그램의 활용 가능성을 충분히 시사한다고 하겠다.
As the difficulty in the parenting practices gets larger due to today\'s highly education fever and to rapidly social change, in the relationship with children, parents are appealing the conflict and confusion in light of role performance. Also, it is getting higher even in the desire for parent education aiming to improve the relationship with children, coupled with the needs in a bid to have confidence in disciplining children. There are several kinds of parent-education programs that can be conducive to this. Even among them, it is being recognized that the transactional analysis program has the excellent effectiveness on the activation in communication and in ego function, and on the improvement in human relations, through various researches. Accordingly, this study was aimed to examine the influence upon the enhancement in the parent-adolescent communication and in the family functioning, by forming the transactional-analysis parent education program targeting parents in the preventive dimension. In terms of the subjects in this study, the experiment group comprised 10 mothers who have children in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades of B elementary school where is located in Gimhae-si, and the comparison group consisted of 10 persons in the homogeneous group, aiming to maintain the same condition. The program of this study was carried out over totally 8 times by 2 hours and 30 minutes with twice a week. Given seeing these results, it can be seen that the transactional-analysis parent education program in this study is useful in solving the confusion in light of role performance that parents suffer in the relationship with children, and can ultimately become a tool that parents can display the positive influence upon children, by educating parents in a communication training that can mutually interchange.
