국문초록

현대인들은 정신적, 신체적으로 갖가지 스트레스에 시달리며 건강을 위협받고 있으므로 건강이나 스트레스 감소에 대한 관심이 높아 여러 분야에서 해결책을 찾으려 노력하고 있다. 인간에게 있어서 정신적인 문제나 심리적인 문제의 경우, 그 민족의 정서와 사회, 문화적인 특성과 의식구조에 맞게 접근하여 해결하는 것이 가장 바람직한 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구자는 우리의 정서에 맞는 심신회복 프로그램의 필요성을 절실히 느끼던 중, 연구자의 스승이었던 이애주로부터 배운 영가무도(詠歌舞蹈)를 접하면서 영가무도가 한국적이면서 동서양을 통합하고 있는 보편성을 가지고 있다고 생각하게 되었다. 그러나 원형 그대로의 영가무도를 현대인들에게 적용하는 것은 힘들다고 판단하여 영가무도에 내재된 우리 고유의 사상적 원리를 바탕으로 우리 정서에 적합한 심신회복 프로그램으로서 정신적으로나 신체적으로 긍정적인 효과를 가져 올 수 있는 체계적인 프로그램을 개발하고 싶었다.

영문초록

In this research, I examined Oriental Ideas: I made a program in order to benefit the health of the moderners\' body and mind through it, and then named it the five sounds/dances for Body-Mind Recovery Program(五聲 回心舞). It was conducted on university students and the aged; total 6 weekly sessions of 60 minutes each for the former, and total 12 weekly sessions of 50 minutes each for the latter. The purpose of this study is to see if an approach through Young-Ga-Moo-Do has an effect on human\'s body and mind recovery based on the data in each session such as subjective reports of individuals, video analysis, and sharing feelings, etc., as well as before-and-after tests of the program, verification of data average gap, and T-tests. As measuring tools for verifying the effect of body and mind recovery, these are used: \'emotion stability test\' for examining a state of emotional stability, \'inappropriate affect questionnaire\' for testing negative emotions from stress, and \'physical symptom questionnaire\' for measuring physical symptoms from stress. The results of data are as follows: In before-and-after difference of the university students, \'emotional stability,\' about which higher figure indicates more stability, showed that the latter figure, M=3.84 was higher than the former one, M=3.62, but there were no significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.05. \'Inappropriate affect,\' about which lower score means lower inappropriate affect, represented that the latter figure, M=2.62 was lower than the former one, M=2.94, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.001. \'Physical symptoms,\' about which lower score means less physical symptoms, exhibited that the latter figure, M=2.51 was lower than the former one, M=2.89, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance, p.<.01. In before-and-after difference of the aged, \'emotional stability,\' about which higher figure indicates more stability, showed that the latter figure, M=4.43 was higher than the former one, M=4.33, but there were no significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.05. \'Inappropriate affect,\' about which lower score means lower inappropriate affect, represented that the latter figure, M=1.74 was lower than the former one, M=2.51, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.001. \'Physical symptoms,\' about which lower score means less physical symptoms, exhibited that the latter figure, M=2.20 was lower than the former one, M=2.90, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance, p.<.001. In before-and-after difference of the whole subjects, \'emotional stability,\' about which higher figure indicates more stability, showed that the latter figure, M=4.16 was higher than the former one, M=4.01, but there were no significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.05. \'Inappropriate affect,\' about which lower score means lower inappropriate affect, represented that the latter figure, M=2.14 was lower than the former one, M=2.70, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance p.<.001. \'Physical symptoms,\' about which lower score means less physical symptoms, exhibited that the latter figure, M=2.34 was lower than the former one, M=2.90, and so there were significant correlations in the level of significance, p.<.001. The research results that were represented before and after the program, subjective reports, content analysis data of sharing feelings, and video analysis data, etc. indicate that the five sounds/dances for Body-Mind Recovery Program(五聲 回心舞) based on Young-Ga-Moo-Do has good effects on not only recovering body and mind and stabilizing emotions of the aged, but also lessening the negative emotions and physical symptoms from stress. In conclusion, it is considered that the five sounds/dances for Body-Mind Recovery Program(五聲 回心舞), which is fit to Korean sentiments, is very helpful to recovery of human\'s body and mind.
