This study provides the method to improve the quality of an education practice executed by preliminary elementary teacher, since the role of the education practice has not been fulfilled due to the short 8～9 weeks in the education practice and the vague aim in each education practice level. Not only the necessity of more than 15 week education practice and its legitimate justification are suggested, but also 15 week program is developed by analyzing the present environment system of the education practice in Korean Education Universities. Leveled program for education practice, duty training program for the corresponding teacher, evaluation program for education practice are developed in this study. The accomplishment of 15 week education practice request the consolidation of related laws, the establishment of exclusive authorities, the in each education practice level, the financial support, and finally the cooperation between the Universities and the Practice Schools.
