경인교육대학교 학생의 학년별 주요 관심사

본 연구의 목적은 교육대학 학년별 학생들의 관심사를 규명하고 학년 변화에 따 른 관심사 변화 양상을 규명하고 이를 토대로 학생들의 생활지도, 진로지도 등의 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경인육대학교 1, 2, 3, 4 학년별 학생들의 각각 40명에 대한 종단적 연구가 질적으로 이루어져 학년별 학생들의 주요관심사, 세부관심사, 관심사 순위 배경 등을 중합 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1학년 학생들은 새롭게 접하게 된 환경 속에서 적응을 위한 교우간의 관계를 중시 했다. 2학년 학생들은 학교생활에 안정 후 타인관계를 중시하는 관심사에서 자신의 내부 관심사 측면으로 전환되어 자신의 취미 ․ 여가 생활을 추구하는 것으로 나타 냈다. 또한 3학년 학생들은 전공심화 단계인 교과교육론을 접하면서 격게되는 과중 한 학업에 대한 부담감과 초등교사로서 자질계발에 관심을 두었다. 4학년 학생들은 직전교사의 모습으로 낮아지고 있는 합격률 때문에 임용고시에 많은 부담감을 갖 고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 길어진 실습기간 때문에 수업실습에 부담감도 크게 느 끼고 있었다.

This study aims to clarify students\' interests by grades and to provide the data for teaching students\' life in the university on the basis of students\' interests. Vertical qualitative research was performed on 40 students in Gyeongin National University. Research subjects were about students\' main interests, specific contents following interests, and background of main interests, etc. By studying we get the following results about main interests by grades. First year students focus on the human relationship among students. Second year students are mainly interested in hobbies and leisure life. Third year students consider study, heavy assignment, and the nature of primary school teacher as most important interest. Lastly, fourth year students are interested in employment exam and student teaching in class.
