The purpose of this thesis is to find out the effective management of an educational practice program. In order to achieve this research purpose I analyzed some useful materials concerning the topic, had meetings with some scholars of educational practice, and tried to establish some new effective management of an educational practice program. In the section of historical background and its present situation of the educational practice, I studied the character of the educational practice as well as teacher producing program, and the transition of the educational practice program from the past. In order to suggest my standard educational practice program I studied again the principles of educational practice programs, arranged the purpose of the practice and each contents and tried to find out an effective management after dividing the practice into four steps___observation, participation, teaching and practical affairs. I studied some effective ways of choosing elementary schools for the student teacher training, and the ways of management and evaluation, Lastly I suggested some problems needed to be solved for the effective management of an educational practice.
