Korean churches endeavored all efforts to achieve church growth through various programs. However, the fundamental reason behind the stagnation and slowdown of growth for Korean churches is because the churches are losing the biblical essentiality. It is now time for each religious order to discard selfishness and become united in Jesus Christ to develop a consolidated movement in order to become evangelism-oriented church that can perform the order given by our Lord. In order to achieve this, first, evangelism should not become a one-time event. Churches should manage continuous evangelism programs and various forms of support are needed to run these evangelism programs within the church. The resource of prayer should be utilized and firm motivation for the whole church members to participate are also required and financial support for the church is needed. Second, evangelism training from various perspectives must be in place. For the church to have successful evangelism training, religious workers, congregation members, heads of organizations, gifted evangelists including the pastor should receive evangelism training and be fully trained. The churches should be able to become a church that is capable of mobilizing evangelism trainers whenever required. In order to achieve this, churches should continue to plan and act to establish a systematic evangelism training. Third, for revival through successful evangelism, the evangelism method should be chosen and implemented according to the regional environment. Fourth, it is important not to end at just spreading the gospel but need to give all to nurturing and training new believers. It is vital to build a nurturing system for the church to enable new believers to settle down in the church. The success and failure of evangelism depends on nurturing. The church should not stop at just one-time evangelism but encourage new believers to participate in the reproduction of evangelism through training in order to become a healthy church. Finally, the church should study on ways to encourage and bring back non-believers and disheartened people and grow through continuous growth programs.
