Folk dance is a basis for many other dances and of people\'s culture to communicate their emotions through movement and rhythm. Each folk dance reflects the geography, lifestyles, beliefs, and history of people. People have danced and still dance for celebration, for survival, to socialize with the spiritual, and to express their feelings. The main purpose of this study is to suggest of a class model of folk dance \'Oslo Waltz\' for students in elementary school. Researching of theory and learning of movement(step, close, slide), position(closed, open, both hand joint position), and step(slide, waltz) in \'Oslo Waltz\' gives an opportunity to understand and experience about other cultures. The folk dance class begins with an explanation of \'Oslo Waltz\' and warming-up in learning movement and step. And then, learning of \'Oslo Waltz\' will be the next. Closing movement of stretching with a partner and talking about \'Oslo Waltz\' will be the end of the class.
