As the world becomes more globalized and the market is increasingly difficult to estimate,
organizations turn their attention to develop positive and creative human resources in order to deal with
the market environment change with agility and keep their competitive. In this vein, the study focuses
on identifying the influencing relationship among positive psychological capital, teamwork competency,
and organizational creativity and verifying actually how the positive psychological capital influences on
organizational creativity with teamwork competency as a medium. 243 questionnaires were collected and
used SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 for the analysis. The following is the results of this study: First,
positive psychological capital has positive effect on teamwork competency; self-efficacy, restoring force,
and optimism influence positively on human-related teamwork and functional teamwork. Second, positive
psychological capital has positive effect on organizational creativity; hope influences positively and directly
on organizational synchronization, compensation system, and innovative management practice, and; hope
and restoring force exercise positive direct power on the resources of organizations. Third, teamwork
competency affects organizational creativity positively; functional teamwork exercises positive effect on
organizational synchronization and human-related teamwork on compensation system and innovative
management practice. Forth, teamwork competency serves as a partial mediation role between positive
psychological capital and organizational creativity.
