본 연구는 노숙경험과 사회적 지지가 노숙인의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분 석해 보았다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 서울지역 노숙인시설의 협조를 얻어 설문에 의한 면접의 양적 조사를 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 노숙인들의 노숙 경험적 특성에 따른 자기효능감 수준에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 노숙기간이 길수록 자기효능감 수준이 낮은 경향을 보였다. 또한 근로 활동 여부에 따라서는 근로활동을 하고 있는 노숙인들이 근로활동을 하지 않는 노 숙인들에 비해 자기효능감 수준이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구결과 노숙인들의 자기효능감에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변인은 사회 적 지지로, 노숙인들의 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해서는 다양한 방법의 사회적 지지가 필요함을 알 수 있다.
To achieve the objectives of this study, the face to face quantitative research had been done with questionnaire through the cooperation of Seoul Homeless Welfare Facilities Association. The results of this study are as follows. First, regarding with the levels of self-efficacy by the characteristics of homeless empirical seen, there s a difference that longer duration of homeless, low levels of self-efficacy tended to. Also, self supporting worker has a higher level of self-efficacy compared with homeless does not work. Second, the social support is the most important variable on self-efficacy of homeless to affect so that I could understand the need for social support in a variety of ways to improve the self-efficacy of the homeless.
