The estimated damage caused by natural disasters increases. Thus, to effectively cope with these frequent disasters, it requires to use the information of disaster prevention concerning such natural disasters, to apply the latest technologies and to carry out preventive measures to minimize disaster risk. Additionally, it is necessary to improve the ability to gather public and expert's opinions for coping with disasters by utilizing the latest scientific technologies and the information technologies, and by sharing a variety of information for the prevention of disasters.
