이 연구의 목적은 기후변화 대응을 위한 교육적 방법으로 환경교육 컨설팅 장학을 운영 하여 환경교육 컨설팅 장학의 효과와 발전 방안을 알아보는 것이다. 에너지 절약 및 환경교육 수업 운영에 대한 환경교육 컨설팅을 의뢰한 교사 2인을 연구대상으로 하였는데 컨설팅 장학의 현장 모형을 활용하여 의뢰 교사의 문제를 해결할 수 있었다. 환경교육 컨설팅 장학은 교사의 전문성 신장과 인식의 변화를 바람직하게 유도하였고 의뢰 교사가 운영하는 교육 활동에 참여 한 학생들은 환경적으로 건전한 태도를 형성에 도움이 됨을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 교실의 교육 활동을 통해 탄소발생 저감을 유발하는 긍정적 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
The purpose of this was to investigate the effect of consulting supervision on environmental education as an approach to respond to the climate change. The subjects of this study were two teachers that have received consulting supervision about environment education. The results of this research are as follows: First, the consulting supervision for environmental education helped solve the problems that the teachers had by using the ‘field-based model of consulting supervision'. Second, the consulting supervision for environmental education guide the teachers appropriately to extend their specialty about the environment education and to change their awareness of it. Third, the affecting factors in the operation of the consulting supervision for the environmental education were grouped into positiveand negative factors.
