The purpose of this was to investigate the effect of consulting supervision on environmental
education as an approach to respond to the climate change. The subjects of this study were
two teachers that have received consulting supervision about environment education. The results
of this research are as follows: First, the consulting supervision for environmental education
helped solve the problems that the teachers had by using the ‘field-based model of consulting
supervision'. Second, the consulting supervision for environmental education guide the teachers
appropriately to extend their specialty about the environment education and to change their awareness
of it. Third, the affecting factors in the operation of the consulting supervision for the environmental
education were grouped into positiveand negative factors.
