As a frontrunner of the Reform & Opening-up policy implementation, Guangdong Province has to lead change of the online political culture on China. This article analyses online political participation behavior on the online spaces in Guangdong province. Especially this article not only focuses on policy and concrete acts of Internet Politics of the Guangdong provincial government, but also take focus on acts of political participation of the People(netizen) of Guangdong. Online political participation experiments is influenced geopolitical characteristics of Guangdong, conscious effort of leaers, active public attention, internet technology environment. Experiment of Online Political Participation of the Guangdong Province, whether will serve as a catalyst for political reform or will be the mere limited role is determined by the Interaction of participation of the private sector and attitudes of the government.
