The purpose of this study is to anlayze recognition of teachers and school parents
regarding settlement of selection examination time of high school and suggest direction of it.
In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, following methodologies were adopted:
1) Review of the related literatures, statistical data, and previous studies concerning selection
examination time of high school. 2) Survey about selection examination time of high school.
The subjects of the survey was teachers and school parents.
Based on the analysis and discussion, the conclusions and further suggestions of this
study are as follows:
Firstly, it is needed to decide what type of schools should be arranged to each selection
examination time.
Secondly, deadline of selection examination time should be extended to help middle
school operate courses of second semester of the third grade normally.
Thirdly, results of second term examination of the third grade should be included in final
documents for high school entrance.
Fourthly, selection examination time of high school should be settled within the limits of
minimizing confusion and inconvenience of students and their parents.
