First, in the relation with analysis result learning expectation and recognition of education training need, it was shown that the element of study ability and study ability didn't have a meaningful effect on the recognition of education training need. Second, as a result of

That is, the
higher the need for the education training the higher the content about task service out of training content. Fourth, it was shown that the result of education training method, education training content and task result did not have an effect on task result. That is, the higher task service, which is the content of education training and professional task characteristic, the greater the effect it has on task
result.
