Even though the size of cyber inservice education has been increased, it has great difficulties in operation and management. So it is important how to manage the quality of cyber training. This research systematically estimates the operation process and new contents of cyber inservice education of institutes by surveying the teachers who participated in cyber teachers’ training. It is tried to understand the status of cyber teachers’ training and its problems, and is tried to suggest the way of improvement. According to the result of status analysis result, the teachers who participate in the training want to receive an individual, various and professional education course differing from real lectures that just transfer knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a teaching strategy which expands interaction between students and teachers, and among students themselves, and that enables knowledge exchange and communications between students and teachers. The persons who is in charge of teachers’ training in cyber world and instructors in cyber training should have to understand the ability of students who participate in cyber education and to design the adequate instruction way
