The purpose of this study was to improve teacher's concerns for articulation teaching-learning processes between kindergarten and primary school.
To facilitating change, teacher conference for articulation was constituted. The members of this conference are 2 professors, 2 school inspectors, 4 mentors(2 kindergarten and 2 primary school) 12 kindergarten and primary teachers. Teachers were participated in workshop, an open instruction, and seminars to improve stages of concern about the innovation.
Data were collected by 'Stages of Concern Questionnaire'(Hal1, George, and Rutherford, 1979). The most of teachers were advanced from self concern stage to result concern stage.
