The purpose of this study is to know how The Servant Leadership which achieves the organizational performance through individual growth and motivation in Flight Attendant Group has an influence. The following is the results.
First of all, According to the analytic results between The Servant Leadership and leader's reliability, community building factor has the most influence on leader's reliability positively. Also, the factors such as community building factor, concrete direction factor, displays authenticity factor are considered as the positive factors on this study. While commitment to growth factor has an effect negatively.
The community building factor among Servant Leadership has the most effects on team commitment positively. Also, the factors such as displays authenticity factor, commitment to growth factor are regarded as the positive factors on this study. However, The following factors such as community building factor and concrete direction factor shows the negative effects on team commitment. In conclusion, leader's reliability factor is regarded as the positive factor for team commitment.
