This study analyzed the fidld of elementary physical education in the 7the national curriculum and offers some implications for elementary physical educaion. The fidld of elementary physical educaion does not fully meet the object of the 7the national curriculum revision. However, in comparison with the 6th national curriculum. it contains more systematic and sepcific content. and shows the possibilities to satisfy the nees of individual and school. And it is inferred that schooling. including physical educaion, will head toward individualized teaching and learning. according to the case od special educaion. Therefore, elementary physical educaion should examing the possivilities of individualized education based on broad and in-depth discussion and trial poeration of individualized educaion.
