본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 성별에 따른 심리적 반발심, 부모-자녀 갈등 및 가출충동의 차이를 살펴보고, 가출충동에 대한 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등의 상호작용을 밝혀봄으로써 청소년의 가출충동을 예방하기 위한 부모교육 자료 및 청소년 지도에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 거주하는 남ㆍ여 중학생 301명을 대상으로 조사 하였으며 회수된 자료는 PASW18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여자 청소년의 심리적 반발심, 부모-자녀 갈등의 빈도 및 강도, 가출충동이 남자 청소년보다 높게 나타남에 따라 여학생이 남학생보다 심리적 반발심, 부모-자녀 갈등의 빈도 및 강도, 가출충동에 대해 더 많이 느끼고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 청소년의 심리적 반발심, 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도 및 강도, 가출충동은 성별에 따른 차이가 있음을 나타냈다. 둘째, 남?여 청소년의 가출충동과 심리적 반발심, 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도, 부모-자녀 갈등강도는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타남에 따라 남?여 청소년 모두 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등 및 빈도가 높아질수록 가출충동이 증가하였다. 셋째, 가출충동에 대한 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도 및 강도의 상호작용은 성별에 따라 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여자 청소년의 경우 가출충동에 대한 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도 및 강도의 상호작용 효과가 유의미하게 나타나 여학생의 가출충동을 예방하기 위해서는 심리적 반발심의 완화뿐만이 아니라 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도 및 강도를 동시에 고려하여 지도가 이뤄져야 함을 제시해 주었다. 남자 청소년의 경우 가출충동에 대한 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등 빈도의 상호작용 효과만 유의미하게 나타났고 가출충동에 대한 심리적 반발심과 부모-자녀 갈등 강도의 상호작용 효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 따라서 남학생의 가출충동 예방은 심리적 반발심의 완화 및 부모-자녀 간의 갈등 빈도를 동시에 줄임으로써 이뤄질 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 남ㆍ여청소년의 가출충동을 예방하고 가출충동 예방을 위한 부모교육의 자료 및 초기 청소년지도의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있는 정보를 제공하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between adolescent's Parent-Child conflict, Psychological Reactance and Adolescent's runaway impulse. The subjects of the study were 301 adolescent who were selected middle school in Pusan, South Korea though the questionnaire method. Collected data were analyzed by the PASW 18.0 program. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there was significant difference in adolescent's psychological reactance, parent-child conflict, runaway impulse according to gender. In Specific, female adolescent were higher psychological reactance, frequency of adolescent's parent-child conflict, strength of adolescent's parent-child conflict, runaway impulse than male adolescent. Second, in male adolescent, psychological reactance, frequency of adolescent's parent-child conflict strength of adolescent's parent-child conflict had correlation with the adolescent's runaway impulse. In female adolescent, psychological reactance, frequency of adolescent's parent-child conflict strength of adolescent's parent-child conflict had correlation with the adolescent's runaway impulse. Third, in female adolescent, psychological reactance and frequency of adolescent's parent- child conflict had interaction effect with adolescent's runaway impulse. And psychological reactance and strength of adolescent's parent- child conflict had interaction effect with adolescent's runaway impulse. In male adolescent, psychological reactance and frequency of adolescent's parent- child conflict had interaction effect with adolescent's runaway impulse. But interaction of psychological reactance and strength of adolescent's parent- child conflict had non significance with adolescent's runaway impulse. Based on those findings, in male adolescent, in order to reduce runaway impulse, it needs to reducing of psychological reactance and frequency of adolescent's parent-child conflict. In female adolescent, in order to reduce runaway impulse, it needs to reducing of psychological reactance, frequency of adolescent's parent- child conflict and strength of adolescent's parent-child conflict.
