The purpose of this study is to examine the Jahn\'s view of physical education and content framework of the 7th elementary physical curriculum. And it was compared analyzed the John\'s physical goals and methods and nature, goals, and contents of elementary physical curriculum. The characteristic of physical curriculum raised the life quality of the human being to pursue the inner value and the outer value simultaneously in content framework of the 7th elementary physical curriculum. The goals of elementary physical is to improve the quality of life with realization of moving desire, promote of ability and physical strength, knowledge understanding about sports and health, and socially desirable attitude. At the same time, it is to form whole man human being which pursues personality on whole growing. And the contents of 3․4rd-year elementary physical is composed of free gymnastics and balloon gymnastics in gymnastics activity, athletic, ball game, fork, and season in games activity, creation and fork in expression activity, and growth, development, prevent disease, leisure, and safety in health. The added contents of 5․6rd-year is composed of athletic activity and physical strength activity. The athletic activity is composed of race, jumping, and throw. And the body strength activity is composed of flexibility, muscular strength, stamina, and stamina of heart and lung. The findings of this study were as below: First, Jahn endeavored succeed and develop admirable masses playing by using physical. It have relation to pursue an inner value which succeed and develop of physical culture. Also physical strength, continue and increase of health, and moral cultivation have relation to pursue an outer value which physical strength, continue and increase of health, and sociality cultivation. So, this is characteristics of physical timeless because he raised the quality of human life with formation of whole man personality. Second, Jahn endeavored forms a whole man personality through physical strength of individual, increase of public health, and cultivation of desirable attitude. This is correspond with the goals of elementary physical education. Third, Jahn\'s coaching contents is executed from contents of elementary physical education by rats, too. These are a relation with each other because it is a method and a form of the time when the physical activity has becoming systematized.
