The purpose of this study was to examine the plan for efficient management of elementary school sports clubs. For accomplishing this purpose of the study, the survey questionnaires were used to collect data by instructers who instruct students for soccer, basketball, volleyball, athletics, gymnastics, and swimming. From the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. There were significant differences between popular items(soccer, basketball, volleyball) and unpopular items(athletics, gymnastics, swimming) about conditions of athletes’ school life of elementary school, organizational conditions of sports clubs, conditions of player selection and schooling guidance, administrative conditions regarding players’ prize winning, budgets and their execution of sports clubs. ※ Key words : efficient management, elementary school, sports club
