The current study aims to examine what relations self-efficacy and creative personality have
with facilities heads' job satisfaction and further, to analyze on which area self-efficacy and
creative personality have the most significant effect among sub-scales of the job satisfaction.
For this, using questionnaires, a survey was conducted with 174 facilities heads in child care
centers located in Buk-gu, Busan city. Collected data was analyzed employing frequency, percent,
Cronbach's α, product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analyses.
Main findings of the present study are as follows:
Firstly, self-efficacy and the facilities heads' job satisfaction have significant positive correlations,
and creative personality and their job satisfaction also have significant positive correlations.
Secondly, self-efficacy and creative personality are exerting a number of effects on the overall
job satisfaction of the facilities heads and sub-scales.
