This study analyzed the cases of sandtray therapy for youth who is
uncomfortable to the school-life by psycological stress. The subject of this study is
16 year-old boy students among the 3th year students in the area of kwang-ju
according to step of the archetypical itinerary circulation. For the case of this
study, was practised sandtray therapy in term of one times a weak, each term 50
minutes, total 18 times from 2011.Sep to 2012 March.
Before this inspection was used the materials of TA ego Gram, MBTI, Aniagram,
GP ther aphy, in addition to each communication style, insistent idea, confident
feeling, ext. After inspection, wrote down the change of their school-life, and how
to adapt, and practised the inspection of their communication style, insistent idea,
confidency feeling, ext. The interview youth who was at the beginning appealed the
difficulty to the adaptation of school-life that came from the uneasy consciousness
by their deep and large breath.
But through sandtray therapy, recovering their psycological stability, and was
reduced their level of uneasiness. This above showed the positive efficiency in
reducing of uneasiness at the same time, psycological stability and adaptation to
school-life. Especially, a circulated step of achetypical itinerary is able to become a
model that sandtray therapy process show us safely.
