The purpose of this study is to examine how Achievement orientation and Participation motivation affect school life satisfaction through sports service satisfaction. Through CFA and SEM, the purpose of the study is achieved. The survey was carried out with 243 participants, students of Seoul area primary school. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.9. The result of the study is summarized as follows: Firstly, Participation motivation and Achievement orientation influence each other interactively. Secondly, Achievement orientation influences Sports Service Satisfaction. Thirdly, Sports Service satisfaction influences School life satisfaction.
