It is widely in doubt that the honorable profession is a profession at all. The cubiculum in teacher` college seems so far from pedagogical because it focuses on kinds of academic competencies demandable for scholars rather than teachers. Professional teaching requires technical skills and even a noble character besides comprehension of knowledges. That`s why teacher training programs should be renovated for school practitioners. In this paper, I proposed a new catalog of teachers training courses in accordance with their job specifications at school. I also discussed what we should do as prerequisites for it. One is pointing out a new possibility of educational interaction between trainer and trainee because of their ``frame conflict`` in demonstration and practice of teacher`s job. The other is searching out necessary conditions for this draft to be enacted including reuse of some items in the present training program.
