The importance of helping young adolescents to raise their self-confidence is being widely understood, and the area is also expanding. The means for self-realization are leadership, autonomy, responsibility, choice and duty that can be learned while working at school and local society where they can be involved. Also there should be a leadership training programs that help adolescents to become effective leaders of school or local society by becoming independent, wise and reliable individuals.
This study is about relationship analysis on the degree of increase in self-confidence in adolescents who involve in volunteer activity programs while studying in high schools. Through measuring the level of reliability, depth of involvement, self-control, communication, self- development, self-recognition and responsibility, I analyzed the degree of improvement in their self-confidence and the relationship between the adolescent volunteer activity programs and the program developers.
