현대사회의 소용돌이의 환경 속에서 비영리조직들(NFPs)은 영리를 추구하는 조직들과 마찬가지로 그들의 환경을 관리할 전략을 통하여 생존과 경쟁력, 그리고 상호의존성에 있어서 기회와 동시에 위협에 직면하고 있다. 비영리조직들은 몇몇 측면들에서 영리조직들보다는 다양한 환경적 세력들에 의한 영향을 받는다. 우선, 본 연구에서는 조직 환경의 이론들과 관련된 학자들에 의해 제시된 조직의 환경과 전략들에 관한 이론적 관점들을 고찰한다. 그 다음, 제시된 조직의 전략들에 기초하여 비영리조직들에 의해 채택될 수 있는 환경관리전략들을 검토하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 비영리조직들에 의해 채택되고 적용될 수 있는 환경관리전략들의 특성을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 관련 연구들로부터의 조직의 환경 전략들에 덧붙여, 비영리조직들이 사용할 수 있는 전략유형들을 고찰하고, 비영리조직들의 환경관리전략의 특성들을 도출하고자 한다.
Not-for-profit organizations(NFPs) in nowadays turbulent environments are faced with both the opportunities and threats in view of survivability, competitiveness, and interdependence through their strategies which may manage their environments, similar to for-profit organizations(FPs). NFPs are affected by various environmental forces rather than FPs, in some aspects. At first, we review theoretical perspectives on the organizational environments and strategies proposed by the workers related with the theories of organizational environments. And then, we consider the environmental management strategies which can be adopted by NFPs based on the proposed organizational strategies. In this study, we intend to propose the characteristics of environmental strategies which can be adopted and applied by NFPs. In addition to the environmental strategies of organizations from related studies, the characteristics from reviews on other environmental strategies of NFPs are proposed with for the advanced ideas.
