We report the case of a bilateral cleft lip 22-year-old woman who presented short columella, depressed and flap nasal tip, and low volume of upper lip. We simultaneously performed secondary rhinoplasty and hyaluronic filler insertion into upper lip. Using hyaluronic filler, symmetry and augmented volume of upper lip were achieved. Cartilage graft was carried out for columellar lengthening and nasal tip projection. This case demonstrates that hyaluronic fillers can be successfully used in the treatment of postoperative scars to achieve fullness of upper lip with secondary rhinoplasty
