For an aesthetic satisfaction further than the functional problem, many of patients with celft lip and palate get operations such as rhinoplasty, bone graft of cleft alveolus, orthognathic surgery and paranasal augmentation after the period of growth. But there are several limitations of each surgery, a combination of these surgeries is tried as co-operation. Paranasal augmentation as an adjunt to orthognathic surgery has been chosen for largely till now. Rhinoplasty with bone graft of cleft alveolus also selected. In this article, we report 1 case of pyriform aperture augmentation combined with definitive rhinoplasty in a cleft nasal deformity patient.
