이 연구는 중·고등학교의 계발활동 및 방과후학교에 적용 가능한 대중음악 합주 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 여러 악기의 개별 지도 및 합주 지도가 함께 이루어지는 대중음악 합주 수업의 이상적인 모델로 팀티칭 방법을 사용하였다. 1회 2차시로 구성된 수업의 1차시에는 전공 악기별 교사가 악기 별로 소수의 학생들을 지도한다. 2차시에는 리더를 맡은 한명의 주임교사와 나머지 보조 교사들이 합주 수업을 지도하도록 프로그램 모형을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a popular music ensemble program applicable to middle and high school club activity class and their after-school activities. A team teaching may well be a proper pedagogic for individualized teaching of various instruments as well as for ensemble. The popular music ensemble program is designed as a double-structured teaching program. During the primary program, the teacher in charge of the instrument teaches a small group of students about the instrument, and during the secondary program, students are encouraged to participate in a ensemble program with their own instruments. Here, a teacher in charge of the session and other assistant teachers should guide the students in a team-teaching way.
